Suehiro Soi Sauce is a Japanese company specializing in the production of soy sauce. Founded in 1879, it is located in Tatsuno, Hyōgo Prefecture. This city is recognized as the birthplace of usukuchi shoyu, a light-colored soy sauce that has been produced in the region since the 1600s.
