These konjac noodles are made from the finest flour in Gunma prefecture and hand-rolled, one by one, by craftsmen. They have a firm, chewy texture, are low in calories, naturally gluten-free and rich in dietary fiber. Their taste is neutral and their texture firmer than classic shirataki. These noodles can be used in a wide variety of dishes, from soups to salads. To prepare sushi or spring rolls, simply soak them in hot water to soften them before rolling them up with rice and other ingredients. It's also an ideal option for those following a low-carb, low-calorie diet, as it's rich in soluble fiber, which helps reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and fats in the body.
