In Tsushima, Tsurumi Shuzō has been crafting sake since 1873, combining traditional expertise with modern quality control. Using the pure waters of the Kiso River and Grade A Yamadanishiki rice, the brewery creates rich and elegant sake, such as the Gazan line.
