This matcha stick is a practical, top-of-the-range solution for enjoying excellent matcha wherever you are. This format ensures optimum preservation and rapid preparation, while preserving the matcha's freshness and aromas. Made from a blend of Okumidori and Saemidori varieties, grown at the foot of Mount Kirishima, over 200 metres above sea level in Kagoshima, this matcha is distinguished by its rich taste and creamy texture. These characteristics are achieved through a shade-grown process, which accentuates the umami profile while minimizing bitterness. The quality of this matcha makes it a perfect choice for tea lovers seeking both practicality and authentic flavor. It can be prepared simply with hot water, or transformed into a delicious matcha latte. This organic matcha, with its fine taste and rich aromas, will allow you to enjoy a moment of well-being.

100% green tea (Japan)

Store matcha in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. Keep away from direct light, in a cool, dry place. Avoid variations in temperature and humidity, especially when opening the container. Consume matcha within 3 to 6 months of opening to guarantee freshness. Use a clean, dry, non-metallic spoon to avoid contamination.

For 1 sachet: pour in 70ml of water at 80°C and whisk in M shapes for 15 seconds until foam forms on the surface. Remove your chasen by drawing a circle.

Founded by tea sommelier Yuri "Yureeka" Yasuda, Sayuri's mission is to spread the beauty of Japan around the world. The company focuses all its efforts on the quality of its products, because good matcha should be like art: accessible to all.
