Produced in Japan by Tanaka Bussan, a company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of flour-based products, located in Mie Prefecture.

1. Wash the beans without damaging the skin and soak them in four times their volume of water for 6 hours.
2. Heat over medium heat.
3. When the water boils, reduce the heat to low and skim off any foam that forms.
4. Add a glass of water and continue cooking over low heat.
5. When cooked (the beans are very tender), season to taste and enjoy.
