Produced in Japan by Tanaka Bussan, a specialist in the manufacture and distribution of flour-based products, located in Mie prefecture.
1. Wash the beans without damaging the skin, and soak them in 4 times their volume of water for 6 hours.
2. Heat over medium heat.
3. When the water boils, heat over low heat, removing any foam that forms.
4. Add a glass of water and continue cooking over low heat.
5. When cooked (beans are tender), season to taste and enjoy.
