Based in Kan'onji, in the heart of Kagawa prefecture, Sanuki Bussan was founded in 1978 and has been dedicated to the sale of Japanese dry noodles for over 45 years. True to the tradition of the "udon province", the company offers a wide range of udon, soba, sōmen, hiyamugi and kishimen, as well as products made with local wheat.
For 1 person: plunge 100g of udon into 1L of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Enjoy cold, zaru-style, with tsuyu sauce, or hot in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, sliced nori seaweed, etc.).
Adjust the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
