Ce thé unique est créé en saupoudrant du matcha sur du genmaicha, offrant une couleur d'infusion émeraude distinctive. Le genmaicha et le matcha sont parmi les thés verts les plus appréciés au Japon. Le genmaicha est réalisé en mélangeant du thé vert avec des grains de riz soufflés, ce qui lui confère un goût naturellement sucré avec des nuances de noisettes. Un de mes genmaicha préférés

J'adore ce thé, il est très doux et parfumé. Le riz soufflé ressort bien, c'est équilibré et sans amertume.
