Our tips

Ingredients : 1 packet of curry roux 2 onions 1 potato 1 carrot 2 tablespoons oil 1100 ml water Preparation: Brown the chopped vegetables in a saucepan. Add 900 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer over medium heat for approx. 15-20 minutes, until the ingredients are tender. Turn off the heat, add 200 ml water and dissolve the curry roux. Simmer again over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Excellent, soft, natural red

This roux powder is of excellent quality. The ingredients are of natural origin, with no additives, and the taste is very comforting and mild. The roux is easily diluted, the suggested recipe is very simple and you can easily start with meat or add other types of vegetables. You'll need to add chilli pepper if you want a spicier roux.
