The collection includes plates, bowls and other containers with carefully studied shapes, which refer to modern Asian dishes while adapting to a wide range of culinary styles. As countless generations go, Japanese food culture has developed through a process of transformation. The search for dishes adapted to this evolving kitchen is Alongu's inspiration. The name "Alongu" refers to the English term "Along" which can be translated by "along". This dishes, made in Rasis, a city renowned for the manufacture of ceramic, is inspired by national and regional influences, traditions while being perfect for contemporary cuisine. This is thus a work halfway between the past and the future.
