⋅ Rich and balanced profile, dry finish, and lovely fruity complexity
⋅ Unpasteurized "Nama genshu" sake
⋅ Aluminum can
⋅ Small size, perfect for trying sake

This unpasteurized sake is intense, rich, and balanced, with lovely melon notes. It has a dry profile, offering beautiful complexity while remaining fresh. This sake is a "nama genshu" (raw, unpasteurized sake), which was canned immediately after fermentation and then stored in the refrigerator for one year. The process of canning in aluminum cans protects the sake from light and air, ensuring freshness and flavor quality that lasts over time. This sake retains a rich body and great depth of flavor. Produced by the Sanko brand, this sake is one of their most popular products, offering a unique and enjoyable tasting experience. Thanks to its storage in a metal can, it can be enjoyed over an extended period, with fresh flavors and a beautiful complexity.
