⋅ Gourmet, balanced profile, dry profile and lovely fruity complexity
⋅ Saké brut non pasteurisé "Nama genshu"
⋅ Aluminum can
⋅ Small format perfect for discovering sake

This unpasteurized sake is intense, gourmet and balanced, with lovely melon notes. It has a dry profile, offering complexity while remaining fresh. This sake is a "nama genshu" (unpasteurized raw sake), which was canned directly after fermentation, then stored in the refrigerator for one year. The process of canning in aluminum cans preserves the sake from light and air, guaranteeing freshness and flavor that lasts over time. This sake retains its richness and depth of flavor. Produced by Vendor Sanko, this sake is one of their most popular products, offering a unique and enjoyable taste experience. Thanks to its tin storage, it can be enjoyed over an extended period of time, with fresh flavors and beautiful complexity.
