I hesitated for a while before buying it and I don't regret it, it's super practical to marinate meat and tofu. When I do not use it to marinate something, I can use it in storage box. It also helps reduce food waste: as soon as my vegetables become old -fashioned, I marinate them in vinegar. It gives me a flavored vinegar for my sauces and pickles for my salads. : p
