Fundodai

Before venturing into soy sauce, the founders of Fundodai were a family of sake brewers and merchants. The company was founded in 1869 in Kumamoto. Over the years, Fundodai has expanded its product line to include miso and condiments, while remaining true to its values: contributing to society and the local community, all while preserving traditional techniques.
