Based in Tatsuno, Hyogo Prefecture, Harima Seimen is a company founded in 1994, carrying on a tradition dating back to 1881 in the production of flour and artisanal noodles. As a member of the Hyogo Tenobe Somen Cooperative, it manufactures and distributes the famous "Ibonoito" (a renowned brand of somen).
Its expertise is based on unique techniques, notably the "Yugone" method, which produces salt-free noodles, as well as a diverse range of freeze-dried noodles and soups. The company prides itself on providing safe, high-quality products that respect local traditions.
