Located in Ginjō, in the mountainous Higashimerai region of Saito (Miyazaki Prefecture), Kagura no Sato has been growing yuzu for nearly 50 years. Founded in 1978, it specializes in the artisanal processing of this local citrus fruit into juice, condiments, and sweets, without any additives or preservatives. Committed to organic farming (JAS-certified), the company makes the most of a terroir rich in sunshine and water to produce exceptional yuzu.
