Collection: Sankan Shuzo
Located in Kurashiki, in the Kojima district (Okayama), Sankan Shuzo is a brewery founded in 1806. It carries on the traditional methods of the Bicchu Toji group to produce a dry, full-bodied sake, designed to pair with fish from the nearby port of Shimotsui. Deeply rooted in its local terroir, the brewery uses exclusively pure water from the local mountains and Okayama’s iconic rice varieties, Omachi and Asahi, to create a sake that enhances both the meal and the seafood.
