Tazawako Beer

Located in Senboku, in the heart of rural Akita, Tazawako Beer was founded in 1997 by the Warabi-za theater troupe, with the aim of fostering a new local culture through beer. Inspired by the rigor and conviviality of German tradition, the brewery upholds the spirit of the purity law while incorporating ingredients sourced from the Akita region.
