Maori Murota was born and grew up in Tokyo. Leaving to live in New York at 17, she then stopped in Indonesia before settling in Paris in 2003. Former stylist, she left the fashion world in 2009 for cooking. Completely self -taught, she became chief of Düo and Bento to the cannery. Catering for events, chef at home, she also gives original cooking lessons inspired by real Japanese family cuisine. She is also the author of the book: Tokyo cult recipes. Born in Japan, Akiko Ida is a culinary and lifestyle photographer based in Paris.
