A spicy taste sesame oil, handcrafted by a traditional Ishigaki restaurant. This oil, made by hand, mixes the flavors of Japan and China using herbs such as pepper, turmeric and brown sugar, all from Ishigaki, in order to give it a soft and spicy taste. Due to its artisanal manufacturing process, the quantities of this product are extremely limited. Very versatile, it perfectly accompanies rich dishes such as gyozas and karaage, but it can also be used to enhance a miso soup, a bouillon of ramen, grilled meat or to prepare a Mapo Dofu.
