Morita

Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Morita has been brewing sake since 1665. Officially founded in its current form in 2004, it carries on ancestral expertise in the production of sake, miso, soy sauce, vinegar, and other fermented condiments. True to Japan’s culinary heritage, it combines artisanal traditions—such as fermentation in wooden barrels on Shōdoshima Island—with modern innovations to offer a comprehensive range of products emblematic of the region.
