Collection: SANKO MASAMUNE
Located in Niimi, Okayama Prefecture, the Sankō Masamune brewery ( ) was founded in 1913 and continues a century-old tradition of sake brewing. Since 2008, it has been led by master brewer Takagaki Katsumasa, renowned throughout Japan for his expertise. Combining respect for the terroir with innovation, the brewery makes the most of the pure waters of the Jinmyōgawa River and primarily uses Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice, grown locally under contract. Specializing in the production of sake, shōchū, mirin, and liqueurs, it draws on advanced fermentation expertise to craft spirits with authentic character.
