This blend is the fruit of a subtle assembly of Whiskies of Malt and Grain, reflecting all the mastery and know-how of its creator, Ichiro Akuto, the talented distiller and owner of Chickubu.

Fresh and fruity, its complex and fruity aroma of fishing, apricot, citrus and banana is balanced by notes of malt, caramel, and crème brûlée. Its cereal, honey and spice flavors ends with a fruity and tropical finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed at room temperature, and will accompany olives and gyoza wonderfully.
