Kurashikikomachi umeshu liqueur ⋅ 12% ⋅ 500ml

A plum liquor with a delicate taste, handcrafted by macerating Nanko Ume plums in a local sake of the Okayama region called "Sanzen". The sweet and soft notes of the sake come to neutralize the natural acidity of the plum, thus giving a perfectly balanced liqueur.
Its softness perfectly accompanies dishes like yakitori or tempura, but also very good simple desserts such as ice, sorbet or cheesecake. This liquor is appreciated as well alone, when it is fresh or on the rocks, to bring out its fruity notes, as in simple cocktails, in sour as in tone.
