A sesame oil with a powerful sesame and roasted notes. It is extracted by pressing the cold sesame seeds after having roasted them, according to an unchanged method since 1725, during the Kyôhô era. This extraction method allows oil to keep its nutritional qualities as well as the subtle aromas of sesame, while offering a richer texture in the mouth.
