Green tea noodles made in the Kagawa region, known as the "Land of Udon." They are made using Takase tea leaves, a high-quality local green tea, which are ground into powder and mixed directly into the dough. The noodles are then cut by hand, giving them a firm texture, accompanied by the aromas of green tea that are released from the very first bite. Takase green tea is supplied by the Takase Tea Cooperative. These noodles showcase the craftsmanship of Ishimaru Seimen as well as the cooperative. This expertise was recognized with an Award of Excellence at the 2014 Kagawa Product Competition. They have also been served on the international business class menus of a prestigious airline. These refined noodles can be enjoyed cold, simply accompanied by a light sauce to savor the full subtlety of their flavor. They also pair perfectly with hot dishes, such as broths or stir-fries, offering a unique and elegant culinary experience.
