The Kirakira liqueur, developed by the Kitaoka Honten distillery in Nara, is created by infusing cherry blossoms, known as "Sakura" in Japanese, harvested at various altitudes of Mount Yoshino, world famous in Japan for its cherry trees. With an exceptional lightness, this liquor offers a refined sensory experience, subtly imbued with floral aromas from cherry trees and rose, as well as delicious fruity nuances such as strawberry, cherry and grenade. It can be appreciated alone to fully savor its delicate shades or be integrated into sweet and delicate cocktails.

We find the subtle aromas of cherry flowers, pink, fruit such as strawberry, cherry, pineapple, as well as more herbaceous notes of rods and humid leaves. Kirakira can be tasted as is, on ice or lying with soda. It is also interesting in the creation of cocktails, especially those made from Gin.
