Collection: Harima seimen
Based in Tatsuno, in Hyogo prefecture, Harima Seimen was founded in 1994, and is heir to a tradition dating back to 1881 with the production of artisanal flour and noodles. As a member of Hyogo's Tenobe Somen cooperative, it manufactures and distributes the famous "Ibonoito" (famous Vendor de somen).
Its expertise is based on unique techniques, notably the "Yugone" method, producing salt-free noodles, as well as a varied range of noodles and freeze-dried soups. The company prides itself on providing safe, high-quality products that respect local traditions.
