Matcha variation on Japanese udon noodles. This product is made from high-quality soft wheat flour and organic matcha green tea powder. It contains no additives or artificial preservatives and is made using traditional handmade udon noodle-making methods, giving the noodles a soft texture and mild flavor. This udon is ideal for serving hot in soup broth, or cold with a sauce. It can also be used in udon salads or as an accompaniment to meat or vegetable dishes. The noodles are very thin and have a smooth, soft texture. The taste is subtle, with a slightly bitter, herbaceous matcha note, which goes perfectly with dashi broths, light soy sauces or chicken broth.
