This summer, the bistronomic restaurant at the Japanese concept store iRASSHAi is embracing Japanese culture and launching its first BIWAN Culture Club. Between service shifts, the space transforms into a hub for exploration, hosting a series of workshops, classes, talks, and gatherings that offer a fresh perspective on Japan—always with a culinary twist.
