For one evening, BIWAN transforms itself and embraces the spirit of a true Japanese izakaya—those Tokyo bars where people come as much to eat as to share a lively, spontaneous moment.

In a more relaxed and casual atmosphere, the restaurant offers a menu specially designed for the occasion: a selection of small bites, dishes to share, and tasty appetizers, inspired by reimagined Japanese classics.

It’s another way to experience BIWAN: livelier, more welcoming, almost festive. It’s the perfect place to gather with friends or family, sample a little of everything, chat, and extend the evening with delicious dishes and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
