A comforting sweet red bean soup. This soup is made using only high-quality red azuki beans harvested in the Tanba region of Kyoto prefecture. The sugar has also been carefully selected to bring out sweet notes reminiscent of chestnuts. Zenzai is usually served hot, with or without toasted mochi. Very easy to prepare, simply plunge the bag into simmering water to heat up the soup.

Kuromame Odagaki Shoten was founded in 1734 by Rokuzaemon Odagaki in the town of Tamba Sasayama and
supplies high-quality products such as Tamba black soybeans and Tamba Dainagon azuki beans to customers throughout Japan.
In a bain-marie: Place the sachet in boiling water for 3 to 5 min, without opening it.
Remove the sachet and pour the contents into a bowl, taking care not to burn yourself.
Microwave: Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl and place in the microwave. Do not put the sachet in the microwave.
