Collection: Shokin Shôyu

Located in Shodoshima, the Mecca of shoyu, Shokin was founded in 1920. Faithful to a philosophy of diversity and high standards of craftsmanship, it produces its sauces naturally in cedar barrels, according to the season, with constant care. It is renowned for its additive-free shoyu, dashi and ponzu, rich in umami and depth.
