This tin can be placed in the freezer and then put in the oven, or twice in boiling water to defrost food (with the lid removed). It can be used for all cooking methods such as boiling, steaming, heating, grilling and baking (always with the lid removed). It can also be used as a mold for jellies, cakes and pies. Thanks to its glass lining, food can be stored in more hygienic conditions without altering its taste. When cleaning, do not use a hard sponge which could scratch the surface. Due to the enamel coating process, the edges or certain parts may not be completely covered. If the surface cracks, the steel core may be revealed. Keep the cracked area dry to prevent rusting.
