Artisanal konjac vermicelli, made from konjac roots dried and then cooked using a traditional method, preserving the firm, elastic texture of the fibers.
Ready to use, simply rinse the noodles before adding them to a broth or sauce. In the Japanese style, they go well with mentaiko, eggs marinated in soy sauce (ajitama), tempura or miso soup. Western-style, they can be added to tomato sauce or bolognese. Konjac vermicelli can also be eaten cold, in salads dressed with vinaigrette.
