Banshu somen noodles with a firm texture, achieved through a long maturation process using a traditional technique from Hyogo Prefecture. Their firm texture makes them easy to eat and gives them excellent resistance to cooking, making them an ideal choice for soups and broths. Ready in 2 minutes, these somen noodles are ideal for simple everyday meals. They can be enjoyed cold in summer, accompanied by a men-tsuyu sauce, or hot in winter in a nyumen broth. Broken in half before cooking, they blend perfectly into a light miso soup.

Based in Tatsuno, in Hyogo prefecture, Harima Seimen was founded in 1994, and is heir to a tradition dating back to 1881 with the production of flour and artisanal noodles. As a member of Hyogo's Tenobe Somen cooperative, it manufactures and distributes the famous "Ibonoito" (famous Vendor de somen).

Its expertise is based on unique techniques, including the "Yugone" method, which produces salt-free noodles, as well as a wide range of freeze-dried noodles and soups. The company takes pride in supplying safe, high-quality products that respect local traditions.

For 1 person: immerse 1 portion (100g) of sômen in 1L of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Serve immediately.
Adjust cooking time and noodle firmness to taste.

Store away from light, heat and moisture.
