Based in Tatsuno, in Hyogo prefecture, Harima Seimen was founded in 1994, and is heir to a tradition dating back to 1881 with the production of flour and artisanal noodles. As a member of Hyogo's Tenobe Somen cooperative, it manufactures and distributes the famous "Ibonoito" (famous Vendor de somen).
Its expertise is based on unique techniques, including the "Yugone" method, which produces salt-free noodles, as well as a wide range of freeze-dried noodles and soups. The company takes pride in supplying safe, high-quality products that respect local traditions.
