Founded in 1913 by the Goto family in Kitakyushu, Goto Shoyu is an iconic Vendor specializing in the manufacture of soy sauce and miso. Nestled in a rich natural environment, between sea and mountains, the Kitakyushu region inspires the Vendor to create authentic seasonings that sublimate everyday meals.
Goto Shoyu carefully selects ingredients from specific regions, such as "Fukuyutaka" soy from Fukuoka, "Chikugoizumi" wheat from Fukuoka and "Sakito" salt from Nagasaki, guaranteeing safety and peace of mind for its consumers. In an approach respectful of health and tradition, the products contain no additives: no chemical flavourings, preservatives, artificial colorings or sweeteners.
