Igarashi Seimen

Founded in 1931 in the city of Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture—a fertile region surrounded by mountains—Igarashi Seimen has specialized in the production of high-quality noodles for over 70 years. The company stands out for its rigorous selection of ingredients and precise manufacturing methods, combining artisanal expertise with strict quality control.

The aged noodles are slowly dried at a low temperature for 48 hours, preserving the authentic taste of fresh noodles. Its noodles are used by many renowned ramen restaurants in the city of Kitakata.
