Founded in 1931 in the town of Kitakata in Fukushima Prefecture, a fertile region surrounded by mountains, Igarashi Seimen has specialized in the manufacture of high-quality noodles for over 70 years. The company stands out for its rigorous selection of ingredients and precise manufacturing methods, combining traditional craftsmanship with strict quality control.
Matured noodles are slowly dried at low temperature for 48 hours, preserving the authentic taste of fresh noodles. Its noodles are used by many renowned ramen restaurants in the city of Kitakata.
Bring 550 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan. Place the noodles in the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Turn off the heat, add the sachet of soup and mix well. Serve in a bowl with toppings of your choice.
