Established in Minami-Shimabara since 1985, Ōhira Seimen perpetuates the art of tenobe sōmen through a traditional 10-step method. Thanks to a dough prepared with selected flour, local salt, spring water and sunflower oil, its noodles are distinguished by their elasticity, finesse and authentic taste.
