Crunchy seaweed with a delicately salty, umami taste. Nori seaweed is red seaweed that loses its color as it dries. When rehydrated, they take on a tender, slightly rubbery texture. Cut into small, convenient sizes, they are perfect for making homemade temaki, or as an accompaniment to salads and noodle dishes. They can also be grilled to add a crunchy touch, or crumbled over rice for extra flavor.
