Seaweed with a crunchy texture and a delicate, salty umami flavor. Nori seaweed is a type of red seaweed that loses its color when dried. When rehydrated, it takes on a tender, slightly chewy texture. Cut into convenient small pieces, they’re perfect for making homemade temaki or for serving with salads and noodle dishes. They can also be toasted to add a crunchy touch or crumbled over rice for extra flavor.

Plus de détails sur ce produit

Faced with the decline of nori production in Japan, caused by current climate challenges and the decreasing number of producers, Momofuku has made it its mission to preserve the tradition of nori for future generations while offering new ways to enjoy it.

Spread the rice over one half of the seaweed sheet, arrange your filling diagonally on the rice, then roll your maki into a cone, starting from one corner of the sheet.

Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
