Handed down through three generations, this artisanal company makes a point of offering tasty, natural and healthy konnyaku, made with respect for taste and tradition. Their passion: to make konnyaku a pleasure to enjoy every day.
Before use, rinse vermicelli well with water.
To eat cold: Drain and serve in a bowl with seasoning and the accompaniments of your choice.
To serve hot: Plunge into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Serve in a bowl with the broth of your choice and your favorite accompaniments.
