Exceptional noodles, handcrafted from a unique blend of three carefully selected Japanese wheat varieties. This combination produces a texture that is firm, elastic and slightly chewy. Hand-drawn according to traditional Shimabara methods, each noodle is patiently shaped by craftsmen, perpetuating an ancestral know-how that guarantees impeccable quality and limited production.
These noodles can be enjoyed in hot or cold soups, or accompanied by light sauces, highlighting their finesse and subtle flavor. Each portion is delicately tied with a golden ribbon, wrapped in Japanese paper and protected in a washi case, making them an ideal and refined gift.
