Ukiyo rice vodka is made from the harvest of a long grain indica rice. The rice is inoculated with black koji, fermented and then distilled in a traditional Japanese spirit Awamori. This Awamori rice alcohol is redistil in our pure rice alcohol. The result is a Japanese vodka of rice distilled with a master's hand.
