Collection: Hideko Nose x Moko Sekken

Located in the mountainous Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture, Moko Sekken grows its own rice sustainably using the Kounotori Ikumu method, which involves creating an environment conducive to cranes in order to promote their conservation. The rice is then polished and sold as is, or processed into hygiene products, such as rice bran soaps.
