Merashokuhin, founded in November 1975 in Nishimera, Miyazaki Prefecture, specializes in the manufacture and sale of yuzu-based products. Their philosophy is based on the use of yuzu grown in an exceptional natural environment, with temperature variations that give an incomparable flavor.

The company has developed over 20 products, such as the famous yuzu kosho sauce and yuzu maki yokan, with a particular focus on the quality and authenticity of ingredients.
