Collection: Products from Miyazaki Prefecture

Nestled in southern Kyushu, Miyazaki enjoys a subtropical climate ideal for growing products of exceptional quality. With its sun-drenched beaches, verdant mountains and fertile soils, this region is a gastronomic treasure trove, where generous nature meets traditional know-how.

The prefecture is a privileged place for the cultivation of mangos and mikan (mandarins), whose fruit is exceptionally sweet and juicy, adding a touch of sweetness to local products. These fruits are often used in jams, desserts or refreshing drinks.

Miyazaki is also renowned for its artisanal soy sauces and high-quality miso, produced using ancestral methods. Local spirits, such as sweet potato shochu, are also emblematic Miyazaki products. Distilled in the mountains of the prefecture, Miyazaki shochu is appreciated for its sweetness and subtle aromas, perfect for accompanying meals or enjoyed on its own.
