Japanese curry s & b

Japanese curry is distinguished from its Asian counterparts by its spice of spice, which is generally less intense. Rather, it consists of a soft and balanced mixture of curry powder and spices, where no particular ingredient predominates. Due to the addition of flour, the sauce has a relatively thick consistency. In addition, the Japanese curry is traditionally accompanied by rice. Although the fundamental characteristics of this preparation have not changed much over the past 150 years, subtle variations have contributed to creating a remarkably complex Japanese curry culture, well embodied by S&B.
