This high-quality product is recommended by Hyogo Prefecture. The seaweeds harvested in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan's main fishing areas, which is particularly renowned for its seaweeds. The seaweeds cultivated in fast-moving currents, giving it a unique texture and taste. Similar to Shincha tea, only the first shoots of the year are harvested and then roasted using a specific method to preserve their rich flavor and aroma.
The seaweeds slowly roasted, giving it a texture that is thick at first but then melts in the mouth, bringing out the full flavor of the nori seaweed!
Rich in flavor and nutrients, they can be eaten as is, in salads, or as a condiment to season a dish.
