This sesame oil is well balanced, with a hint of hazelnut and peanut. I use it as a dressing, of course without overdoing it, on many vegetables and starches in summer, since we eat raw vegetables very often. It is also perfect on steamed potatoes, fish, or for enhancing certain sauces.
