Due to its artisanal production process, quantities of this product are extremely limited.
Very versatile, it goes perfectly with rich dishes such as gyozas and karaage, but can also be used to enhance miso soup, ramen broth, grilled meat or to prepare mapo dofu.

This is the milder version, which really isn't very spicy. And yet you can really taste the chili, and it's great.
It is sufficient in itself with a good fish for example.
