A spicy sesame oil with a fiery kick, handcrafted by a traditional restaurant in Ishigaki. This handcrafted oil blends Japanese and Chinese flavors using spices such as pepper, turmeric, and brown sugar—all sourced from Ishigaki—to create a taste that is both mild and spicy. Due to its artisanal production process, quantities of this product are extremely limited.
Very versatile, it pairs perfectly with rich dishes such as gyoza and karaage, but it can also be used to enhance miso soup, ramen broth, grilled meat, or to prepare mapo tofu.

Perfect for adding flavor to rice or even eggs. Flavorful but not extremely spicy, with a good sesame flavor.

Delicious

This is the mild version, which really isn't very spicy. And yet you still get a great chili flavor, which is fantastic.
Sufficient on its own with a good fish, for example.
