Founded in 1939 in Matsue, Shimane prefecture, where tea culture is omnipresent, Senchaso stands out for the expertise of its tea masters, who carefully select tea leaves from local Japanese producers to create their own blends. Senchaso was the first to offer a blend of sencha with matcha.
Add 1 egg and 120ml water or milk to 150g flour (1 sachet). Spread the batter on a frying pan and cook over medium heat on both sides to make pancakes.
