Pancake flour and matcha mix ⋅ Senchasou ⋅ 300g

Founded in 1939 in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, where tea culture is deeply rooted, Senchaso stands out for the expertise of its tea masters, who carefully select tea leaves from local Japanese producers to create their own blends. It was notably the first to offer a blend of sencha and matcha.

Add 1 egg and 120 ml of water or milk to 150 g of flour (1 sachet). Spread the batter in a pan and cook it over medium heat on both sides to make pancakes.

Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
